THE Qianhai booth, which adopts the shape of a water drop in its design, was unveiled yesterday in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Hall (Hall 11) at the 19th China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair (ICIF), telling a story of Qianhai’s splendid changes from a mud flat to a well-developed new urban center and the area’s cultural advances over the past 13 years.

A wooden miniature reproduction of the “Qianhai Stone” that stands at Qianhai Stone Park was set up at the booth’s entrance to signify the stone’s role as a witness to Qianhai’s dramatic changes.

In addition, a digital sand table is also available for visitors to learn about the area’s changes in terms of topography and urban layout. Over the past 10 years, the main structure of over 300 buildings in Qianhai have been topped out, and more than 240 buildings have been completed and delivered for use.

The Qianhai booth has also set up four demonstration areas for cultural and creative art toys, digital culture, cultural gears, and Hong Kong-funded cultural and creative products, where 25 cultural companies are showcasing their latest achievements.

Arashi Vision Inc., also known as Insta360, has been ranking first in the world in terms of market share in the panoramic camera segment since 2019 and brought five of its new products to the cultural fair. Its latest flagship panoramic action camera X3 has attracted visitors’ attention as the pocket-sized camera combines panoramic images, anti-shake technology and motion shooting.
