Shenzhen’s tallest under-construction building is seen Tuesday, when the main construction on its 24th floor was completed, which measures over 100 meters. The building  in Meiyuan area, Luohu District, will be 407 meters tall upon completion. It is a main building of a 273,500-square-meter high-quality urban complex that integrates large shopping malls, luxury apartment hotels, and office buildings.
