The death toll from catastrophic flooding in Libya’s eastern city of Derna has climbed to 11,300, the U.N. said in an update Saturday, citing the Libyan Red Crescent.

Another 10,100 people are still missing in the devastated city, the U.N.’s Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs said.

报道中的Red Crescent指“红新月会”，是红十字会与红新月会国际联合会 (The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies) 承认的阿拉伯世界地方组织的称谓。
