Last leg of Hangzhou Asian Games torch relay ends

Wu Yibing, the first player from the Chinese mainland to lift an ATP Tour trophy, runs as a torchbearer during the torch relay for the Asian Games in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, yesterday. The torch returned to Hangzhou, the host city of the 19th Asian Games, yesterday after a 12-day relay, which started Sept. 8 and included the participation of 2,022 torchbearers in 11 cities of Zhejiang. Scheduled to open Saturday, the 19th Asian Games is poised to become the largest edition to date, featuring 12,500 athletes hailing from 45 countries and regions.          China News Service
