A former official from the Shenzhen Municipal Transport Bureau has been expelled from the Party and had all his illicit gains confiscated, according to a release by the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the CPC on its official website Tuesday.

Zhong Gengci, former director of the bureau’s cargo transportation administration, retired from his post in 2007.
