Visa-free regime KYRGYZSTAN has introduced a visa-free regime for some citizens of China and India, the country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs said Tuesday. Citizens of China and India — holders of long-term multiple-entry visas from countries such as the United States, Britain and the Schengen zone, are provided with a visa-free regime for up to 7 days with the right to re-enter after 21 days from the date of departure from the country. Childcare services MEDICAL and healthcare institutions are encouraged to take part in the development of childcare services, according to a recent guideline. The guideline, jointly released by the General Office of the National Health Commission (NHC) and two other departments, called for county-level health institutions to engage with childcare providers and extend door-to-door guidance services. Healthcare institutions at the primary level can also improve health management for infants and children by signing contracts with childcare facilities, it said.
