Flowers are on display at the Shenzhen Chrysanthemum Fair in Donghu Park in Luohu District. The 39th Shenzhen Chrysanthemum Fair, which kicked off yesterday, is the last major flower appreciation event in Shenzhen this year. The annual flower extravaganza, which will last until Dec. 29, is being held simultaneously in four parks. Donghu Park is the fair’s main venue, with subvenues at Xili Ecological Park in Nanshan District, Longcheng Park in Longgang District, and an experimental base of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences Shenzhen Agricultural Genomics Research Institute in Dapeng New Area. The fair features garden landscape displays, artistic performances, creative bazaars, and a food carnival, aiming to create a grand flower appreciation carnival that combines leisure, enjoyment, and entertainment.
