NEW energy vehicle (NEV) owners can now utilize a new feature on the iShenzhen app to locate the nearest available charging stations, Shenzhen Special Zone Daily reported yesterday.

Using information gathered from 45 NEV charging operators, the app allows users to view the charging stations’ distribution, and know whether the poles support fast or slow charging, as well as the number of available poles and their charging power.

New bus route

YUANLING Subdistrict in Futian District has introduced a tailored bus route dedicated to students, offering them a secure and convenient means of transportation. The one-way bus fare is one yuan (US$0.14).

Due to narrow roads and a lack of direct public transportation options, the majority of students residing in Yuanling had previously relied on their parents for transportation to get to school.
