Over 20,000 cars shipped from Xiaomo port for export in 2023
    2024-01-09  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

New energy vehicles produced by BYD wait for shipment at the Xiaomo International Logistics Port in Shenshan Special Cooperation Zone. In 2023, the port’s cumulative automobile roll-on/roll-off export volume reached 20,077 units. A shortage of car-moving ships has pushed up shipping prices to record levels and limited the flow of electric vehicle exports from China to Europe, the Financial Times reported yesterday. BYD’s new energy vehicle export totaled 36,095 units in December 2023, with a month-on-month growth of 17.8%.
