Dolphin spotted

LAW enforcement officers on patrol from the Yantian District Maritime Bureau spotted a white dolphin frolicking near the west port area of Yantian Port on Friday.

Dolphins have extremely high requirements for the water quality in their habitat. In recent years, white dolphins have been frequently spotted in waters off Yantian Port.

THE foreign trade of Shenzhen cross-border e-commerce businesses exceeded 300 billion yuan (US$41.85 billion) in 2023, an increase of 70% year on year, data from the Shenzhen Municipal Commerce Bureau showed.

Shenzhen, a leading force in China’s cross-border e-commerce sector, has demonstrated outstanding outcomes in its output volume, overseas warehouse operations, and the development of logistics and supply chains. The city boasts over 150,000 export enterprises engaged in cross-border e-commerce.
