Cold weather alert SHENZHEN Meteorological Observatory has elevated the city’s cold weather alert from yellow to orange, effective as of 3 p.m. yesterday. The upgrade is in anticipation of temperatures dropping to 5°C and below today and tomorrow, indicating a high probability of cold weather persisting for two to three days. In response to the alert, outdoor workers have been urged to promptly implement measures to combat the cold, while designated shelters have been opened to provide refuge from the chilly conditions. |
