LOCALS who plan to buy new cars in the New Year should not miss the 153rd Shenzhen Car Expo in Bao’an and the Longgang Good Car Festival in Longgang set to take place this weekend.

The Bao’an car expo boasts a 50,000-square-meter exhibition area, showcasing over 900 new cars from more than 80 brands. Buyers can enjoy discounted car prices plus government subsidies, with the Bao’an District Government providing subsidies of up to 15,000 yuan (US$2,084) per car.

In addition to the exceptional car offerings, those who make car purchases at the Bao’an expo can enter a lucky draw, with prizes including Huawei mobile phones, home appliances, car gadgets, and outdoor gear.

At the Longgang car festival, with a 5,000-square-meter exhibition area, buyers can choose from domestic and imported cars from over 20 brands, with a special focus on new energy vehicles. Customers can also look forward to enjoying various discounts on their car purchases.
