A night of soothing songs
    2024-02-26  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

THE Maîtrise Saint-Marc — Les Choristes, one of the best vocal formations for children’s voices, will sing a night of soothing songs Friday.

Formed by Nicolas Porte over 30 years ago, the choir has forged an international reputation. Present on many festivals and tours around the world, including singing for the film “Les Choristes” (2004), the choir has allowed as many people as possible to access the magic of choral singing.

Over the years, the choir has met unparalleled success on stage worldwide with its broad repertoire. Originally, the choir was more oriented toward sacred music, ranging from Gregorian to 21st century. Today, it has diversified into contemporary music, also adding popular music to its playlist.
