E-commerce expo

THE 7th Global Cross-border E-commerce Festival and the 9th Shenzhen International Cross-border E-commerce Trade Expo are scheduled to take place from June 15 to 17 at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center in Futian, as announced during the event’s press conference Tuesday.

The exhibition will bring together leading cross-border e-commerce firms, global sellers, platforms, service providers, and manufacturers. Covering an area of nearly 60,000 square meters, the expo is expected to attract more than 1,000 exhibitors.

New college

SHENZHEN is set to have a new vocational college — Shenzhen Urban Vocational School — this year.

An upgrade and expansion of the existing Shenzhen Institute of Technology, this public higher education institute will be Shenzhen’s fourth vocational college. Located in Longgang District, the new vocational school has been registered after being approved by the country’s education authority. The enrollment will open for candidates in Guangdong this summer.
