SHENZHEN enterprises sealed roughly 250 tentative deals totaling around 100 million yuan (US$15.79 million) during the four-day InnoEX at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center, which closed Tuesday.

More than 100 Shenzhen enterprises showcased over 70 innovative products, both online and in-person, to a global audience and potential buyers, sources from the Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade said.

InnoEX is a platform dedicated to next-generation smart solutions, cutting-edge technologies, and disruptive, innovative products.

RobotAnno brought two service robots that served over 180 cups of coffee and 190 cocktails to attendees each day. Throughout the event, the company secured two deals, including a single order for 200 robots.

A representative from Shenzhen Qianhai Hand-painted Technology and Culture Co. Ltd. found that international buyers were very interested in the exhibition. The company received multiple orders from overseas buyers, including one for 30 AI-generated photo machines.

The exhibition also served as a hub for networking. Shenzhen exhibitors discussed possibilities for innovative collaborations with other participants and government entities.

Incomplete statistics show that Shenzhen exhibitors received approximately 7,000 buyers and visitors and established connections with 1,500 potential customers from over 20 countries and regions such as France, Germany, Brazil, Poland, the Czech Republic, Colombia, Argentina, Russia, Thailand, Qatar, and Singapore.

Shenzhen Lanyin Robot Technology Co. Ltd. is a Shenzhen-based company specializing in robots and comprehensive solutions for intelligent manufacturing, unmanned storage, and commercial logistics. Chen Buming, the company’s founder, said, “The roadshow provided us an opportunity to introduce the successful applications of our products.”

Chen added that a Japanese businessman approached him to discuss potential collaborations for exporting logistics robots to Japan after the roadshow.
