‘And Then There Were None’

Lucy Bailey directs this English stage play based on Agatha Christie’s best-selling crime novel. It follows a group of strangers brought to a mansion off the coast of Devon, where, naturally, a series of murders begins to occur. Twists and turns keep audience members guessing until the very end.

Interweaving various threads from the city’s traditional folk culture, the dance show offers a retrospective portrayal of the local marine heritage spanning thousands of years, employing innovative artistic expressions.

Incorporating a blend of contemporary and pop music elements, the musical composition of “The Pioneers” hovers intriguingly between classical opera and operetta styles.
