During this event, two innovative sets of services that focus on finance and computing were introduced, and they have been integrated into the virtual park matrix. The online service matrix includes an updated version of its official website, https://www.htcz.com/, a WeChat miniprogram, and a WeChat account (with a video account included). The “iHetao” (“i河套”) WeChat miniprogram consolidates services such as booking cross-border buses and shared accommodations, accessing literature resources, paying parking fees, and booking AI consultations, as explained by Yu Jie, the deputy director-general of the Hetao Development Authority. The new edition of the official Hetao website offers a comprehensive collection of information about Hetao, enabling institutes, enterprises, and individuals to access services that assist them in navigating the park’s various policies. The website also features over 40 frequently used services. The “河套深圳园区” WeChat account (ID: shenganghetao) will be the primary platform for news updates. This account provides users with the latest news, detailed explanations, and service guidelines. “We have introduced a service platform that facilitates cross-border data flow using network coding technology. The service can be accessed within the matrix by searching ‘network coding,’” said Aldous Ng, co-founder of CU Coding, a Hong Kong-based company specializing in network coding technology. |
