Students from Avenues Shenzhen, an international school in Nanshan District, visit the Gongming Reservoir in Guangming District to learn about the Pearl River Delta water resource allocation project. By stepping out of the classroom to learn about Shenzhen’s water supply through a combination of field trips and hands-on water science activities, students gain first-hand knowledge of where the tap water in Shenzhen comes from and the necessity and urgency of water conservation efforts.           Courtesy of Avenues Shenzhen
