SHENZHEN University’s Hong Kong College will start enrolling Hong Kong students this year for the internet and new media major under the university’s School of Media and Communication.

The initial application phase will conclude June 30, and a second round will take place between July 1 and July 20. The specific enrollment plan depends on the application and assessment situation.

Successful candidates will primarily pursue their studies in Hong Kong over a four-year period, but some classes are required to be completed at Shenzhen University’s main campus in Shenzhen. Those with an interest in studying and participating in exchanges at Shenzhen University’s main campus can apply to study in Shenzhen for one semester or one school year.

Upon the successful fulfillment of graduation criteria at both institutions, students will receive a bachelor’s degree and a graduation certificate from Shenzhen University (SZU).

Candidates must be high school graduates under the age of 30 and hold a Hong Kong permanent identity card and a valid mainland travel permit.

Interviews are scheduled for July, with admission notifications set to be released in August.

The Hong Kong College of SZU strives to enhance the educational integration between Shenzhen and Hong Kong, cater to the needs of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and offer diversified, quality higher education options for young people in Hong Kong.
