Andersen illustrations

Immerse yourself in timeless fairy tales, embracing the heartfelt aesthetics and the artistic charm of illustrations at the “Hans Christian Andersen Awards for Illustration of IBBY Exhibition,” in which over 300 illustrations created by 26 esteemed artists from around the globe are on display. The prestigious Hans Christian Andersen Awards honor authors and illustrators of children’s books which have significantly impacted the landscape of children’s literature. The ticketed exhibition runs until Aug. 31.

Olympics and Dalí

The “Olympic Century • Cultural Interweaving: European Culture and Arts Season,” running through Sept. 7, features three exhibitions with a combined ticket of 68 yuan. Visitors can admire rare collections from the Benaki Museum in Greece, French roller suit designer and performer Jean-Yves Blondeau’s signature roller suits, and European oil paintings from the 18th to the 20th centuries. Also at the gallery, visitors can immerse themselves in an exhibition inspired by Salvador Dalí’s works. The digital art exhibition, with a ticket of 68 yuan, runs through Aug. 31.
