Located in the Xiangmihu area of Futian District, both the Shenzhen International Exchange Center and the Shenzhen Financial Cultural Center projects are beginning to take form. The Shenzhen International Exchange Center is being developed in two phases. The first phase includes a conference center and a hotel. The conference center is expected to be completed by mid-2025, and the hotel is expected to be finished by the end of 2026.
