A GREEN-THEMED charity concert was held Sunday at the Shenzhen Domestic Waste Classification Science Education Museum in Xiangmi Park, Futian District.

The charity concert aimed to integrate high-quality resources from various sectors, harness the power of music and art, convey green concepts, and advocate for a low-carbon lifestyle to promote the city’s green development.

The concert was also part of the launch event for a music public welfare campaign aiming to support Shenzhen’s ecological development through music.

The campaign was jointly launched by the Shenzhen Revitalization Symphony Development Foundation, the Shenzhen Symphony Orchestra (SZSO), the Futian District Zero-Carbon Center, and other organizations.

Under the public welfare initiative of the Shenzhen Revitalization Symphony Development Foundation, the SZSO and the music brand Easy Freq plan to create a campaign playlist that includes a selection of classical music and other healing music pieces.

They will grant authorization to the Shenzhen Domestic Waste Classification Science Education Museum and other green-themed charity activities to use these songs.

Additionally, the Shenzhen Domestic Waste Classification Science Education Museum was also designated as the main base for the charity campaign.

Ma Weihua, president of the Shenzhen Revitalization Symphony Development Foundation, described the campaign as an innovative attempt to promote eco-friendly concepts.
