A participant is interviewed during the opening ceremony of the 13th China International New Media Short Film Festival in Guangming District on Thursday night. Running through Sunday, the festival has received 4,426 entries from 116 countries and regions. Founded in Shenzhen in 2010, the annual festival is the only State-recognized international short film festival in China.
