A GROUNDBREAKING ceremony for the Skyworth Photovoltaic Smart Industry Park project was held in Guangming District on Wednesday. The Skyworth base will be a low-carbon green park that focuses on intelligent manufacturing as well as photovoltaic research and development. The Guangming District Government envisions collaboration with Skyworth Group as a catalyst for accelerated company growth within the region’s robust industrial ecosystem. After completion, the project is expected to bring fresh momentum to the construction of a world-class science city and bolster the development of the district’s new energy industry. The project occupies approximately 63,935 square meters of industrial land. The architectural layout is designed to encompass factory structures, dormitories, and canteens as well as public amenities like development spaces and communal sports facilities. A planned construction area totaling approximately 275,000 square meters will prioritize factory functions (73%), dormitory spaces (24%), and canteens (3%), encapsulating a harmonious blend of industrial operations and holistic community spaces.
