Drones spice up festival celebrations
    2024-09-18  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

A message reading “Happy Mid-Autumn Festival,” created by a fleet of drones, is displayed in the sky above the Window of the World theme park in Nanshan District. Drone light shows illuminated the night sky above the park Monday and yesterday. The Mid-Autumn Festival, which fell yesterday this year, is a traditional Chinese celebration of family, the moon, and the harvest. People celebrate the festival by gathering with their families, eating traditional foods, lighting lanterns, and viewing the moon. Besides China, the festival is also celebrated in many other countries in Asia, such as Vietnam, Singapore, Japan, and South Korea.                   Wang Xiaoke
