Children of the Tajik ethnic group from the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in Northwest China gather at the Shenzhen Concert Hall for a rehearsal yesterday. They were preparing to share the stage with the Bulang ethnic minority group, hailing from Southwest China’s Yunnan Province, as well as local Shenzhen children for the Multiethnic Children’s Choir in Concert, which was held last night. Launched in 2019, the concert aims to showcase the rich tapestry of ethnic cultures and preserve the cultural heritages of ethnic groups.Liu Xudong
