Kaledo: More than a shopping complex
    2024-11-28  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

KALEDO, a newly opened mall near Houhai Metro Station in Nanshan District, offers visitors a fresh shopping experience by incorporating elements of urban naturalism into its design and operations.

On the B1 floor, visitors will discover a 5,000-square-meter cycling park that features dedicated cycling trails, ample bicycle parking, and pet-friendly amenities. GARAGE, an exhibition and business space converted from a parking lot, celebrates auto culture and is sure to capture the interest of many.

Dejavu, a popular secondhand brand based in Beijing, has launched a pop-up store on the B1 floor, running until Jan. 5, 2025. Visitors are invited to explore a delightful selection of secondhand books, clothing, and creatively remade products. This floor also served as an ideal venue for festivals themed around coffee, liquor, anime, and cycling before.

From the L1 to L3 floors, visitors will find an array of potted plants adorning various themed stores, including buyer shops and designer toy shops.

Let’s follow the lens of Shenzhen Daily reporter Lin Songtao and explore this shopping mall.   (Forest Lin)
