Siemens Shenzhen Magnetic Resonance Ltd. marked a significant milestone Thursday with a groundbreaking ceremony for its second research and development and production site in Shenzhen. With an investment exceeding 1 billion yuan (US$136 million), the state-of-the-art facility in Nanshan District will be dedicated to R&D and manufacturing of angiography devices and critical components of magnetic resonance systems. It is slated to begin operations by the end of 2027
