Members of a Leading Utilities of the World (LUOW) delegation visit the Honghu Water Purification Plant in Honghu Park, Luohu District, on Wednesday. The 11-member delegation, representing the world’s top water utilities, conducted a one-day inspection tour in Shenzhen as part of their Asia-Pacific tour. Shenzhen was their only stop on the Chinese mainland.
