SHENZHEN added 60 new baby care rooms to parks across the city in 2024, bringing the total to 464 by the end of last year. These rooms provide nursing mothers with convenient and safe spaces in public areas. Most are located in urban parks, with a few available in popular suburban parks.

Design industry park

THE 25,000-sqm Longhua Design Industry Park, Shenzhen’s first dedicated to engineering design, officially opened Sunday in Longhua District’s CBD. The park now houses 4,000 high-end professionals from the city’s engineering design sector.
