Shenzhen rescuers arrive at the Bao’an International Airport yesterday afternoon, having completed their mission in the earthquake-stricken area of Myanmar. They are part of the 24-member Shenzhen Public Welfare Rescue Team, which joined other Chinese rescue teams to provide relief efforts in the Southeast Asian country following a 7.9-magnitude earthquake that struck March 28. As of Sunday, Chinese rescue teams had successfully pulled nine survivors from the rubble in Myanmar. The death toll from the earthquake had reached 3,564 as of Sunday evening.Shenzhen government’s official Weibo account
