
Chang Zhipeng 57589527@qq.com THE International Low-Altitude Economy and UAS (unmanned aerial system) Expo 2025, held concurrently with the 10th Shenzhen International UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) Expo (UASE), which concluded at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center in Futian District on Sunday, set a new attendance record. The event attracted 131,463 visitors, including 6,041 international attendees from 103 countries and regions, far surpassing previous sessions. This year’s exhibition spanned an impressive 66,000 sqm and featured 825 participating companies, including 16 foreign exhibitors. More than 550 academicians, experts, and entrepreneurs analyzed the latest development trends in drones and the low-altitude economy. In total, 825 top-tier low-altitude enterprises showcased over 5,000 new UAV system products. Since its inception nine years ago, the UASE has become a major event for China’s UAV industry, facilitating scientific, technological, economic, and trade exchanges. It has earned a reputation as a professional and internationally recognized expo that displays the world’s latest UAVs, unmanned systems, vehicles, and ships. Known as the “Capital of Drones,” Shenzhen is home to over 2,000 UAV-related enterprises that generate an output value exceeding 100 billion yuan (US$13.88 billion), which accounts for 70% of the global consumer drone market and 40% of the industrial drone market. |
