THE Aohu Art Village in Guanlan, Longhua District, stands as a century-old Hakka village renowned for its rich cultural heritage and unique artistic atmosphere. This historic village has blossomed into Shenzhen’s largest artistic community, drawing numerous artists who live and create within its inspiring environment.

The village is home to significant cultural landmarks, including Qiming School and the iconic diaolou tower. It consists of seven ancestral halls and approximately eighty traditional Hakka residences, preserving the distinctive architectural style and cultural traditions of the Hakka people. This blend of historical preservation and vibrant contemporary art has made Aohu Art Village a unique destination for cultural tourism and creative endeavors in the region.(SD News)
