An aerial photo taken Wednesday shows a cable-stayed bridge being rotated in Dezhou, East China’s Shandong Province. The 23,500-tonne cable-stayed bridge, which spans the Beijing-Kowloon Railway and forms part of the highway connecting Dezhou to Shangrao in Jiangxi Province, was successfully rotated into its final position Wednesday. This highway, a key component of Shandong’s expressway network, will significantly improve road transportation in the province once it is operational.
