China will showcase a range of new‑generation armaments in the V‑Day military parade in Beijing on Sept. 3, Xinhua News Agency reported yesterday. Exhibits will include fourth‑generation tanks and aircraft, unmanned reconnaissance and counter‑UAV systems, and advanced missiles, including hypersonic weapons. All equipment on display is domestically produced and currently in active service. A total of 45 formations and echelons will take part in the 70‑minute parade on Chang’an Avenue.
