Shenzhen has announced it will suspend classes, cancel flights, and halt train services due to Super Typhoon Ragasa. Kindergartens as well as primary and middle schools will be closed today and tomorrow. All long‑distance trains will be suspended tomorrow and Metro services may also be temporarily halted. Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport will suspend all flights from 8 p.m. on Tuesday. Ferry services at the Airport Ferry Terminal are canceled through Thursday. Forecasters say Ragasa is expected to make landfall on Guangdong’s central or western coast sometime between the early morning and the afternoon tomorrow
