Temporary traffic controls will be in effect Friday around OH Bay and major connecting thoroughfares for the closing ceremony of the 15th National Games, Shenzhen traffic police announced Thursday. Residents with plans to travel toward Qianhai or the Bao’an Central Business District are strongly advised to use public transportation to minimize delays. Ceremony attendees are encouraged to take the Metro to Baohua Station  (宝华站) and follow signs to the Happy Theater, the venue for the ceremony
