    2025-12-05  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

Shenzhen traffic authorities will enforce phased, rolling road closures along the race route for the 2025 Shenzhen Marathon and the marathon event of the 12th National Paralympic Games and 9th Special Olympics on Dec. 7. The races will start at 6:30 a.m. and finish by 2:05 p.m. The route will pass key city landmarks, including Shennan Boulevard, Wanghai Road, and Qianhai Boulevard, and finish at Haibin Square in Bao’an District. Bus routes through controlled sections will be adjusted — check real-time updates from the transport department. Vehicle entrances to Shenzhen Bay Park on Shahe West Road and Wanghai Road will be closed during the duration of the events
