HUAIDE MixC One, branded as MixC Hood, has opened its doors in Bao’an District. Built around the concept of a neighborhood hub, the mall houses more than 400 brands across 180,000 square meters of shopping, dining and leisure space for all ages.

Designed by Benoy, the mall is divided into two sections linked by a 5,000-square-meter rooftop garden and a connecting corridor. Section A emphasizes fashion and dining, while Section B focuses on digital, lifestyle and home products, and includes a supermarket.

To celebrate the opening, several stores will run promotions: Sports retailer Decathlon will offer discounts, and supermarket Hema will hold a lucky draw with king crabs as prizes. The mall’s tenant mix includes casual fashion brands such as Muji and Uniqlo, home store Nitori, and gym X Motion (which also serves coffee and light meals).

Dining options span regional Chinese cuisines from Hunan, Guangxi, Yunnan, Guizhou, Guangdong and Beijing, as well as South Korean fare, plus a wide selection of tea shops, bakeries and cafés — there’s something for every taste.

Now through March 3, 2026, South Korean brand wiggle wiggle will host a pop-up store featuring vibrant fashion, toys and lifestyle products.

An IMAX with laser cinema at the mall is running a themed pop-up until Jan. 4, 2026 to promote U.S. movie “Zootopia 2.” Fans can take photos with character installations of Judy and Nick and purchase merchandise.

On the rooftop garden, U.S. illustrator Jeremyville will exhibit works, and Chinese artist Yin Hui will invite neighborhood residents to collaborate on a communal weaving installation. The garden functions as a pocket park that connects people, community and art.

In the garden and the outdoor area of Section B, Decathlon and X Motion will open a sports field for boxing, yoga and Baduanjin practice, accompanied by live music and snacks — creating an active, social atmosphere where sports, music and community meet.
