CHINA Resources Beer (Holdings) Co. Ltd. (CR Beer) has relocated its headquarters to CRB Tech‑Innovative City in Bao’an District. The 188.45‑meter-tall Snow Beer Headquarters Building has also officially gone into operation.

CRB Tech‑Innovative City, located in the Jiangangshan National High‑tech Zone in Xin’an Subdistrict, was developed jointly by CR Land and CR Snow Beer. With a total floor area of approximately 1.15 million square meters, the integrated complex houses headquarters offices, R&D and pilot‑production facilities, high‑end intelligent manufacturing, and technology experience centers.

CRB Tech‑Innovative City has so far attracted more than 80 prominent enterprises, including nine listed companies, 10 specialized “little giant” firms, 29 specialized and sophisticated SMEs, and 49 national high‑tech enterprises.

The project also includes Brewtown, a high‑quality commercial complex offering nearly 50,000 square meters of beer‑themed retail space that integrates shopping, dining and entertainment and has drawn over 120 brands.(Cao Zhen)
