SZ’s 1st AI-powered industrial space selection platform goes live
    2025-12-30  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

THE Bao’an AI Intelligent Space Selection system has recently been launched. Accessible via the WeChat mini‑program “宝安亲清政企服务直达|智选空间,” the system can identify suitable industrial space within seconds through standardized data analysis, offering intelligent, precise and round-the-clock services for enterprises seeking premises in Bao’an.

Users can issue simple voice commands, after which the AI filters and recommends suitable properties and displays their exact locations on a map. Videos and listings on the platform present details such as location, floor area, rental rates and industry clusters for each park. The platform also enables enterprises to complete the entire process online — from searching and viewing properties to move-in and administrative procedures — with a single click.

A professional service team supports the platform, working with industrial authorities and subdistrict offices to assist companies with fit-out, relocation and business registration, helping them settle in and grow with confidence. For high‑growth firms already on board, the system can facilitate applications for rent concessions, encouraging companies to deepen their roots in Bao’an and creating a virtuous cycle of service optimization, enterprise growth and policy incentives.

The database currently covers the district’s industrial real estate, updating information on more than 2,600 industrial parks and over 100 million square meters of space, including factories, R&D facilities, offices and logistics warehouses. It also integrates policy support information.

Since beginning trial operation more than six months ago, the platform has helped 63 enterprises find suitable industrial space totaling 459,000 square meters. Looking ahead, the platform will introduce features such as “industrial‑chain property search” to align closely with Shenzhen’s 20 strategic emerging industry clusters and eight future industries.(Cao Zhen)
