For tickets involving unused travel segments between Feb. 28 and March 15, and issued or reissued on or before 8 p.m. Feb. 28, passengers are eligible for fee-free refunds prior to departure. It is important to note that passengers who cancel their trips after the scheduled departure time, as well as those who canceled prior to the announcement, are not eligible for these provisions.
