Honor unveils world’s first Robot Phone
    2026-03-03  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

Shenzhen-based tech brand Honor unveiled what it describes as the industry’s first Robot Phone on Sunday, ahead of the 2026 Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona, alongside its new concept of Augmented Human Intelligence (AHI). The device features a motorized camera arm that extends from the main body, capable of locking onto and tracking moving objects or people. Powered by a small motor, the camera can also respond to Honor’s AI assistant with physical gestures, such as nodding for yes-or-no answers. When not in use, the arm retracts neatly into the device. According to the company, the phone will be commercially available in China later this year. This year’s MWC will take place from March 2 to 5 in Barcelona, Spain
