Members of the Mädchenchor Hamburg from Germany deliver a surprise flash mob performance at Nantou Ancient Town in Nanshan District yesterday, delighting crowds at one of Shenzhen’s oldest neighborhoods with nearly 1,700 years of history. Following their daytime appearance at the historic site, the choir made its official Shenzhen debut at the Poly Theater last night. The acclaimed girls’ choir is making its first journey to China, embarking on a nine-city tour that includes Guangzhou, Dongguan, Shenzhen, Nanjing, and Shanghai from March 6 to 14.
