The 19th APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting convened in Honolulu, the U.S., on Nov. 12, 2011. Under the theme “Closely Linked to the Regional Economy,” leaders focused on Asia-Pacific growth, regulatory cooperation, and energy security, culminating in the Honolulu Declaration — Toward a Seamless Regional Economy.
