Shenzhen has secured the No. 1 global ranking for “speed of change” in a newly released city assessment by the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). The study evaluated 80 cities worldwide across five key dimensions: speed of change, economic opportunities, livability, social capital, and engagement with government.
