The 2026 “Russian Language Day” and “65th Anniversary of the First Human Spaceflight” Russian Speech Contest took place at Guangdong Foreign Studies University (GDUFS). Li Xiaoyu, a sophomore in the Faculty of Philology, won the second prize for her well-structured speech and native-like Russian pronunciation. Her faculty peer, junior student Li Jiahao, took home the third prize.
