Li Yu, a 2022-class undergraduate student from the Faculty of Philology, won the third prize in the Russian Consecutive Interpretation Category at the 2025 National Interpretation Competition Finals, held at the Beijing International Studies University (BISU).

Co-hosted by the Academy of Contemporary China and World Studies and BISU, the competition is one of the most prominent national platforms for foreign language majors in China.
