Shenzhen has been included in France’s famed Michelin Guide — a popular reference guide for fine dining for over a century — for the first time, with seven restaurants receiving stars, according to the Michelin Guide Guangzhou & Shenzhen 2026 unveiled Tuesday in Shenzhen. Two restaurants received two stars: The Bay by Chef Fei (东湾) and Yun Jing (云璟), both specializing in Cantonese cuisine.
