Registration for the 2026 Shenzhen Marathon is open through 5 p.m. Sept. 28, with spots available for up to 30,000 runners, organizers said. The 42.195-kilometer (26.2-mile) race will start at 7 a.m. Dec. 6 at the Civic Center in Futian Dstrict and finish at Haibin Square in Bao’an Dstrict, passing some of Shenzhen’s best-known landmarks.
